Brisbane CBD Sunset

Was an interesting sunset this evening, I originally went out to grab an early dinner, but to my suprise there was a storm on the way. I went to kangaroo point (yeah same old place I know)

This photo isn’t a HDR, and it really was like this, the sun was setting on the other side of this rain/myst.

After waiting for the rain to pass I walked down to an overpass on main st. I have been wanting to take some photos from this location for a while. The lightning was great from here, however I failed to capture it successfully. This is the best shot I got…

    Thanks, Yeah these were shot in Canon RAW and tweaked in Photoshop.

    Awesome shots! I remember that afternoon well, I was out getting some shots too, form the other side of the river. What a great sky that was.
